Jason
McBride
Secretary/Treasurer
Jason
McBride was appointed secretary/treasurer of McBride Oil Company,
Inc. in 1992. Prior to McBride Oil, he worked as a stockbroker for
the J.C. Bradford office in Nashville before moving to Memphis to
trade commodities for Morgan Keegan.
As
secretary/treasurer of McBride Oil Company, Jason has been responsible
for expanding the company by purchasing various real estate in the
West Alabama and East Mississippi area.
Active
in community development, Jason regularly contributes to many non-profit
organizations including Palmer Home for Children, African Bible
College, and United Way. Jason is a member of the First Presbyterian
Church of Aliceville. He has participated and worked with a spiritual
renewal program called the North Mississippi Walk to Emmaus.
Born
and raised in Aliceville, Jason graduated from the University of
Alabama with a degree in finance and marketing. He was a loan officer
for the Aliceville Bank and Trust before moving to Nashville and
Memphis.
Jason is married to Tricia. They are the parents of Cameron, Jason and Jordan.
Leon
McBride
President
Leon
McBride and his brother Jimmy started the company in 1973. Leon
was appointed president of McBride Oil Company, Inc. in 1991 following
Jimmy's retirement. The company's expansion has included the building
of the York Travel Plaza truck stop and the Days Inn hotel and the
purchase of several convenience stores located in West Alabama and
East Mississippi.
As
president of McBride Oil Company, Leon is responsible for trucking,
lubricants, bid pricing, and the daily operations of the McBride
Tire and Service Center.
Prior
to his purchase of McBride Oil, Leon worked as a cattle farmer and
a Moorman feed salesman. Leon and his wife Bettye are members of
the Hebron Methodist Church of Aliceville. They are the parents
of Jason.
Jim Hamner
General Manager
Jim Hamner joined the McBride Oil Company, Inc. in 2007. He is responsible
for the daily operations of McBride Oil Company's Meridian office.
Kim Leard
Comptroller
Prior to joining McBride Oil Company in 2007, Kim worked for 19 years as a bookkeeper/office manager for Virginia M. Eatman, CPA and two years as the scheduling coordinator for James E. Gunnells, DMD, PC.
Kim resides in Aliceville. She is a member of First Presbyterian Church of Aliceville, where she serves as youth coordinator, is a member of the choir and has participated in mission trips to Palmer Home for Children; Queretero, Mexico; and African Bible College in Malawi, Africa.
Mona
Sutterfield
Petroleum Inventory Bookkeeper
Mona
Sutterfield joined the McBride Oil Company, Inc. in 1999. She is
responsible for tracking the gas and diesel fuel inventory for all
the McBride Oil Company locations.
Mona
and her husband Sherman reside in Aliceville, where they are members
of the New Life Worship Center. They have two daughters Stacey and
Ashley and one grandson Cory.
Stacey Mayhew
Human Resources/Payroll
Prior to joining MOCI in February 2006, Stacey worked as a medical transcriptionist at the Pickens County Medical Center for six years.
Stacey and her husband Timothy reside in Aliceville. They have one son, Cory Christian. They attend New Life Family Worship Center in Gordo, where Stacey serves on the Praise and Worship Team singing alto.

Cork
Bookkeeper
Kim
Cork joined McBride Oil Company, Inc. in June 2005. She is responsible
for receivables and collections.
Kim
and her husband Brian reside in Aliceville. They are the parents
of Austin.
